About our Charities
Restore our Planet
Restore UK was established in 2001 as a grant-making charity to invest in the protection and restoration of Britain’s natural habitat. This vision has since expanded to incorporate environmental and bio-diversity issues globally. To reflect this broader vision Restore UK changed its name to Restore Our Planet in 2018.

FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 independent organisations. Together, we take good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and get it to more than 10,500 frontline charities and community groups.
